As part of the prior consultation, themed workshops will be held in the Arthur BAUCHET room on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 9:30 a.m.
Participation in the workshops is by registration only with the harbor master's office.
Three workshops will be offered with a maximum of 5 people (i.e. 15 people in total) and led by two agents of the municipality or the port.
The 5 people per workshop are as follows:
1 representative of the ASP of PG1;
1 representative of the ASL of PG2;
1 representative of the ASL of PG3;
1 representative of the boaters;
1 representative of the professionals.
The themes are as follows:
1 - WORKS
Scenarios and multi-criteria analysis;
Silting / the Giscle / redevelopment of the dikes;
Dredging of the canals;
Harbor master's office;
Church breakdown;
Other works (networks, floating breakdowns, equipment, etc.).
2 - FINANCING OF WORKS AND BUDGET BALANCE
Guarantees of use, financing tool / other financing;
Industrial and commercial public service and budget surplus;
Fee, budget adjustment variable;
Others.
3 - OCCUPANCY AND USES OF THE WATER BODY
Purpose of the port public service / management methods / governance;
Uses and methods of occupation of the water body (stopovers, annual, professional, guarantees of use);
Special Port Police Regulations / Operating Regulations;
Others.
Initially planned as part of a specific workshop, the theme relating to guarantees of use will be the subject of a dedicated information meeting on October 3, 2024
