On 10 February 2025, the Toulon Administrative Court handed down 7 rulings confirming the legality of the decisions taken by the commune of Grimaud on 17 January 2022 concerning the provision of berths in the marina and annual and winter contracts.
The Associations Syndicales de PG1, PG2, PG3, the SNPG, IGISA and private individuals challenged the decisions, arguing that they were flawed and infringed their leasehold rights. However, the court ruled that their application was inadmissible, considering that the aforementioned decisions did not directly affect their legal position. Consequently, the requests for annulment were rejected.
The Mayor, Alain BENEDETTO, Chairman of the Régie Portuaire, welcomes this decision, which reinforces the management of the port put in place by the municipality and confirms the validity of the new procedures for allocating berths. He reaffirms his commitment to dialogue and working together for the future of Port Grimaud.
